Just wanted to update you on some angler reports that I have received this week.
Yesterday, one fish was landed near the trustle in Appleton and this morning I received word that there were fish seen at First Pond Bar.
Salmon Brook fishway near Glenwood has received 5 fish so far.
Even though it's still a bit early for the Gander, it's promising that so many fish have been reported in the past week both in the river and in Gander Bay.
I'll be on the river all this weekend, I'll have a first hand report for your web site early next week.
Lets hope that this year is the year for the BIG run!
